tbsp coconut sugar

cup oat flour

tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
1: In a blender, blend the pistachios and oat flour until you achieve a flour-like texture, then continue blending until it becomes a dough-like consistency. Pause intermittently to prevent the blender from overheating. 2: Mix in 1 tbsp butter. 3: Divide mixture into 4 and press into molds. 4: Whip cream cheese for 30 seconds in a food processor. 5: Add in sugar, vanilla, and coco whip and process for another 30 seconds. 6: Add filling to the molds on top of the crust. 7: Add kiwi slices and let it set for 2 hours in the fridge.
