Vietnamese Summer Salad

1: Prepare rice noodles according to package instructions and set aside.

2: In a large bowl, combine shredded red cabbage, grated carrot, diced cucumber, chopped cilantro, sesame seeds, and sliced jalapeños.

3: In a separate bowl, whisk together sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, chili paste, garlic, lemon juice, and ponzu sauce to make the dressing.

4: Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss to combine.

5: Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving.
