Steak Fajita Tacos

1: Thinly slice 1/4 of 4 different colored peppers and coat with taco seasoning.

2: Cook the peppers in 1/2 tbsp olive oil over medium heat, stirring often.

3: Slice the steak to your liking and coat with taco seasoning.

4: Cook the steak in 2 tbsp ghee on medium high heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.

5: Thinly slice the cooked steak and top your bowl of salad.

6: For the avocado salad, mix one diced avocado, diced tomato, diced green onion, sea salt, and lemon juice.

7: Heat up mini corn tortillas on a dry frying pan until crispy.

8: Top the tacos with pickled jalapeños and Greek yogurt mixed with sea salt and garlic.
