Allergy Friendly Rice Krispy Snickers

1: Mix all of the salted caramel ingredients over medium low heat for about 4-5 minutes, until it’s all mixed perfectly and it becomes a gooey texture.

2: Mix the oat flour with 1/4 cup of this caramel with your hands until it becomes like a thick dough. *Add 1 tbsp water only if your dough isn’t sticking together.

3: Lay down the Chocolate Chip Rice Krispy Treats in a narrow container.

4: Firmly press the nougat mixture over the rice krispies.

5: Top the nougat layer with a thick layer of salted caramel. A spatula works well.

6: Place in the freezer for 1 1/2-2 hours or until firm.

7: Use a knife dipped in hot water to cut them into 8 slices.

8: Melt the dark chocolate and coat the bars in them. Work quickly as the chocolate hardens quickly!

9: Optional: Top with sea salt flakes! Store them in the fridge.
